Metal Life Membership Card Sample

The National Department is pleased to announce that we are now able to issue metal lifetime membership cards to those who would like to upgrade their membership card. The cost is $25.00 per card.

As an added incentive, Current & Past Department Commanders may request their card come in black.

The ordering form is available on the forms page. The Members who are just purchasing a lifetime membership, may go straight to the metal card for the same price as the upgrade.
